Were these gun owners though? All of the gun owners I know are properly trained and educated, they go to furthering education classes and shoot at the range regularly to keep themselves trained and educated.

Yes, they were gun owners.

1. A guy brought his shotgun to sell at a gun show, shot 3 people while taking the gun out of a case.

2. A guy shot himself with the gun he was reloading in the parking lot.

3. A gun dealer was looking at a gun he just bought from someone.

Yes it's offensive. It is also COMPLETELY out of character for the Brady Campaign and it very obviously did not originate from them.
