Quick Question!

Hello! So I have about 8 weeks left until my little guy gets here (so happy!!) The question I have is this, for the most part all the weight ive put on during this pregnancy has been in my back and hips (sadly not my butt) Before I became pregnant I was a gym freak and in pretty good shape however due to morning sickness and total depletion of energy I am no longer in such shape lol! Now I fully understand completely that this is not the time to try and lose weight or diet and I have no intention of doing so BUT is there a way I can start to tone up/trim down inches a little bit before the baby comes? I just really hate being so out of shape but I would never want to do anything to hurt my baby! Is it possible to trim up a little safely? I was thinking of doing some modified turbo jam and brazil butt lift but I dont know! Thank you for any help in advance

Tough question. Doctors say that whatever physical activity you were doing before baby is ok to keep doing. Youre body knows the routine and doesnt get overworked, or shocked or whatever. But if you didnt exercise at all since then im not sure. Its not good on your heart to do things you arent used to. Its already working doubly hard to get blood to your fetus. Ask your doctor.

Yea I have asked and everytime they say "do what feels good" a little frustrating because there has been times during my pregnancy where ive gone to the gym and ran and felt awesome however i feel like im banging my poor baby around in there! I guess I can just try it out and stop when it starts to be too much! I just have to trim up a little! My husband deployed right after we found out I was pregnant and is coming home in 2 months and while I know he'd love me either way, im having issues because obviously im not going to look the same as when he left haha!
