Anti-firearms group implies rape no big deal (triggers)

This photo was posted by the Brady Campaign, an anti-firearms group. They posted the photo below but have since denied ever creating/posting it because of the outlash it caused. Guess they don't realize people take photos these days.

Now, I'm not anti-firearms, I'm anti-assault weaponry for civilians... but this photo sickens me. Clearly rape is a-okay, but defending yourself is not.

Thoughts?

Yeah, I thought perhaps whoever created it had just worded it wrong... but nope, they're clearly implying that rape is no biggy.

Whenever I saw the photo I thought "Someone had to have just made that up." But now that I see proof....wtf is wrong with people?

Wow!! thats all I can say. I am also not anit-firearm (although I wont own one) but I am definitely anti-assault weapons and pro-responsible gun owners (if that makes since) but minimizing any crime is terrible.

I kinda am.. But this was a stupid, ignorant, offensive way to make a point.
