So I haven't had my 6 week PP appointment, which is on the 29th of this month, my daughter is 7 weeks. My husband wants to have intercourse and keeps talking about it, asking me every night to have sex, but im worried that since I haven't been cleared by a doctor we should wait. Any suggestions, am I wrong by feeling this way?

Did they give you instructions at the hospital when they discharged you? If not, I would wait until the appointment...of course, I'm almost 6 weeks PP and still bleeding.

If I were you I'd wait. You want to make sure your completely healed.

If you're worried, I would wait. If you do decide to do it, make sure he uses a condom as you are super fertile after giving birth. And go slow lol

I waited 3 months, freaking I would get pregnant again lol either way, wait till you get the go ahead

It depends on if you tore or had an episiotomy. I didnt want sex at six weeks cuz i was still tender.
