Does your symptoms come back in the second trimester?

I really had very little M/s during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy (not complaining) but stuff like a bit of soreness it my boobs and the occasional indigestion. But suddenly boom!! I am 12 weeks and 2 days and my boobs started hurting like crazy. Everything I eat gives me indigestion and I have been having headaches!!! I thought the second trimester was the honeymoon time....lol..or was it just waiting silently to strike!!!

some people are unlucky to have these symptoms all way through.
