So confused

ok ladies this might be a little confusing. My due date is the 22 of Feb. I have to have a csection so i have to have her a week at the earliest of my due date. Well I wanted to have her Valentine's Day They said it as a day too early that it had to be the 15th. Which I already don't see the big difference in 1 day. Well The ultrasound tech said that every Sunday I turn a new week. tomorrow im suppose to be 35 wks. Well if I'm a new week every sunday then what's the difference on Valentine's Day which is on a Thursday and the 15th which is on a friday if they both still fall with in the same week? Sorry if this is confusing but can someone help me.

If i read that right they might just not want you to give birth earlier than you have to, you don't get to pick when your baby comes. Besides keeping baby in as long as possible since you need a c-section is best for his/her health.

Agreed, and want to add birthday on valentines day seems terrible. It'll be overlooked at schools, possible extra heartbreak/loneliness when they don't have a special so, and every birthday you're going to have to worry about everyone else's plans.
Just sounds ugh really.

Trust me, later on the birthday and valentines day will get lumped into one anyways. My birthday is the 10th and it always ends up getting lumped together with V-day.

My birthday is on Christmas Day....it wasnt planned, but everyone thought I was so lucky....let me tell you....IT SUCKS. Now I'm an adult with other priorities so I don't quite care, but as a child growing up I hated it. I got the slim "Oh right, happy birthday"...it was just not fun for me...
My Aunt's birthday was also on Christmas and so when family got together I also had to share with her and they tended to just do one gig for both of us which sucked, because well she was my aunt and no where close to my age....
I talked to her about it and she said not only does her birthday fall on a Holiday, but her anniversary falls on Valentines day too...so she feels jipped twice a year. She said don't get her wrong, she loved that my uncle proposed on Valentines Day, but if she had it her way, she would have picked another day to make it their own because they can't celebrate with anyone that day because it's well..Valentines Day and everyone has their own thing going on...
I know it seems it would be awesome, but just think a little more on it. My daughter was due the 13th and she came the 10th. Everyone said she would be a Valentines Day baby and I'm so glad she wasn't...
