child outreach screening?

Did anyone's preschooler / child have an issue with the child outreach screening? not sure if it's just a local thing... but they had the screening at my 3.5 year old's preschool, and the form they sent back to me said she needs a follow-up in the "social/emotional" "ages & stages questionnaire" area.

I have never heard of that but, is there any reason you think she needs a follow up in those areas?

They didn't state any information.. I'm not even sure how they figure out how to "test" them in those areas. I assume it may be possible because she has a bit of anxiety with people.

My daughters are that way too especially if they do not know them. im not sure how you can test that either since she is so young.

I called and left a message asking for a callback to ask about it. You'd think they'd include a more detailed report.
