I'm still a princess... we have to make time for the ball now... and I don't cook as much as I should and *Prince Charming* and my lil *Mices* help me clean  

my baby mouse is too young to help right now lol. my prince charming assists a little, but he works all the time too  
i can never seem to make time for me or for a grown up night. lol.

Lol... my youngest is 16 months... even he has to put his toys away, haha, he looks all stressed out taking stuff to his toybox he dosnt get his last cup of milk before bed unless all his craps put away, lol
Dean vacums, he's 6 1/2 and Jades 3, she straightens up things and swiffers the floors haha
And my prince charming is in school and works, so we usually do quick clean up of the house the nights I work when I get home and he gets rewarded lol

DD is only 9 months, so she can't really do anything yet lol. SO takes the dogs out every day when he gets home from work and takes out the trash and then takes care of DD while i cook.
sunday is our big clean up day where we both work together to do a deep clean of the apartment  
when did your kids start doing chores?

They were tiny when I started having them put there clothes in hamper maybe 1ish??
once they got hang of that I started having them put toys in toy boxes, usually it was me sitting there showing them over and over then they started trying to help going and getting whatever and handing it to me,
Like making their beds I started making it with them there at 18 months then I started asking them to help and showing them how to pull blakets up, and put pillows at top, by 2 1/2 dean and jade could make it, it wasn't perfect lol, but they got the idea, dean makes it really good now lol, me and my husband are nurses so he does the hospital corners, lol he helps jade with her bed and he has her do his shelves  


Dean was 5ish when I showed him how to use vacum, now he's 6 1/2 and I don't even have to be in room he's careful and understands what he's doing... he can whipe down the sinks down like after they brush their teeth he gets the whip and cleans sink, he can whipe the toilet with the whipes...

Jades really good fixing the bookshelves, when I clean shower I usual
y do it when I'm in the shower, so she tries to clean with a magic
eraser, when she's in there, I just encourage them and as they got older it made sense what they were doing and how to do it...

I was 7ish when I was cleaning toilets and scrubbing the floors sweeping and mopping, its waaas easier now with those electric sweepers and swiffers it looks more fun tha the damn bucket and pinesol with broom lol

Me and dean raked our front yard together we were out there 3 hours he was soooo tired lol, when we were walking in the house he told me, *mom, I'm gonna take a shower and lay down, I'm exhausted,*
He has adhd and odd, I've never heard those words come outta his mouth lol
