Bloody stool? 5 year old!

Well my 5 year old has an issue with flushing the toilet, she just forgets all the time.
Well i go in there a few min ago, and she pooped. but at the bottom of the toilet there was the poop then around it, it looked like blood/brown something that had settled at the bottom of the toilet, it wasnt poop tho, she had hard solid stools, and it just kinda looked like blood? (She always tells me when she has diarehia SP*)
Anyone have a clue to what this could be? Maybe blood? what should i do? She hasnt complained of her butt hurting or anything and shes very vocal with me about stuff like that so i know if it was hurting she would tell me.

It could be internal haemorrhoids, or that her poop is a little too hard. I would up her fluid intake to try and soften her stool naturally and keep an eye on it. If there's a lot of blood, take her in.
