One year ago I weighed 208 pounds. I wore a xl shirt or 2 x and a size 18 pounds. Currently I am sitting right around 173 wearing a m/l shirt and size 11 pants. I don't really feel any smaller. I mean I know I've lost weight but I still feel like 208 pound me. I dealt with this a lot when I was younger. I honestly felt fatter and worse about myself when I weighed 116 pounds. Even though I wasn't. Has anyone else felt like this? I'm worried when I lose the rest of this weight I'll still have that distorted view of myself. How did you deal with it if you felt the same?
