Circuit Training!

What are your favorite things to do when it comes to circuit training?

I've just been running, but I'm getting awfully bored of it and need some new workouts. What do you like doing and don't get bored of?

planet fitness has an actual "circuit training" section in the gym lol so I just do that. You literally switch each machine during the red light, and workout during the green light.

It's totally what I mean. But I don't go to the gym, I have always just run outside but I'm really bored with it lately and wanted to just kinda make up my own circuit. I have a bunch of different equipment I can use but don't know how to "set up" the best circuit?!!

Maybe I should join PF though cause that looks pretty badass.

yea sorry I dunno.   
But for the one I use I think it's intended to do the entire workout, just fast (so it can be intense). I also use the step masters in between machines.

I LOVE PF! It's not bad in pricing either. I think right now they are waving the sign up fee, so it's just $20 per month for unlimited gym, tanning, red light therapy, massage chair use, and personal training. Or if you JUST want the gym it's $10 per month. The main reasons I like it are that it's open 24 hours so that I can go at night when DH is able to watch DD and because I was spending more in tanning alone per month and now I get all of it. Good luck on whatever you do though.

I'm going to look into joining. I never joined a gym in the past but ya know what, it's a new year. Maybe I'll meet some hot guy there. lol.

I've been to other gyms, but none of them compare to planet imo. And yea maybe you will meet a guy.    

Squats, Russian Twists, Tricep Dips, Row to Fly, Mountain Climbers. I like them all, except Burpees!
