6 days late, pain in lower left abdomen... Ideas??

I am now 6 days late for my period. I always get it on the same day without fail. I continue to have negative results and since last night I have been experiencing pain in my lower left abdomen, into my lower back. Not sure what to think. Anyone have any insight??

Ovarian cyst.

I'm 5 days late myself...I'm nauseous, increased vaginal discharge (not an infection), dizzy, moody, peeing all the time, cramping like crazy, and pain in both sides of my pelvic area, but I got a light line yesterday, but I think it was an evap... I think I may have cyst in my ovaries again...

What is done for a cyst?

They used to put me on birth control, but I couldn't take it, they eventually went away on their own.

We're TTC so I don't want to go on BC. I hope this goes away ASAP cause its painful.

Thanks, I contemplated this but didn't know if it was a silly idea. I'll call my doctor on Monday.

Cyst can keep you from ovulating so it might be worth it until they go away...
