So I have officially hit my due date and still as expected pregnant. I've gone over with all 3 of mine and the likely hood of it happening today was very slim. I'd like to hear how many of you lasted to 40 weeks and how far over you went.

I was 10 days late with me DD, hoping thats not the case with my lil dude ... tho he will come wen hes ready xx

3 days over but almost 2 days of that I was in Labour

Wow 10 days late I feel sorry for you ellasmumma. And 2 days labor carolann you poor thing. I was curious about others experiences because both the last 2 were induced. 1 with water having broken I was 3 days over, and 2 was recommended by my gyno due to bp issues and ended in a c section. This time I would really like to hold out unless one of us is at risk.

I had her 2 days before my DD.

Had her at 40 weeks exactly, but i was induced. A mama on here went to 44 weeks and had a homebirth!

3 days late with my son. Exactly a week late with my daughter. I was induced with my daughter.

I was 40w5d. They wouldn't have induced me til 2 weeks over.

Yeah in was so out of it by the end I can't remember bits of end of Labour and delivery . all I know I I got ill during Labour which slowed it down an little man got ill to . I didn't think it would take so long especially being a spontaneous Labour

I am due today, 1/20/13. Had my membranes stripped during a cervical exam last Thursday, 1/17/13.. And lost my mucous plug a day later. No painful contractions or ANY other signs that labor is imminent. It's so frustrating to wait 10 months for this day only to have it fly by and still be pregnant!! My induction is scheduled for Sunday, 1/27/13 which is a week after my due date bt I'm really hoping he comes before then.
