burning up

i just went to check on my son before going to bed and he's burning up. we dont have a thermometer right now because our other broke so i dont know of hes running a fever but he is REALLY hot and not sleeping well. he keeps saying his tummy hurts and i asked him to explain and he says "it feels like when i run in circles". he doesnt get sick often and never really had a stomach flu so i dont know what i could do right now. do i just wait til morning and see how he is then or what?  

Let him sleep..& go buy a thermometer as soon as you get up in the morning.

I'd let him sleep. If he's still burning up tomorrow i'd take him in after purchasing a thermometer to check him for sure

I would call the doctor (or hospital) & get a second opinion. Ask them if there is anything you can do?

Strip him down and take his blanket. Give him a thin sheet if he must have something. Call the nurses line and ask what you should do.

give him some pain meds if you have any, it wont hurt & may bring his temp down if he does have one - hes obviously not feeling good.
