30 day shred results

Tomorrow will be day 10 of my experience with 30 day shred and so far I'm loving it. I actually look forward to doing it every day and have already come pretty far since throwing up on day 1 lol. Just wanted to share my results so far day 2 vs day 10. I can't wait to see how I look after day

no worries   i have a before and after pic but i wasnt using 30 day shred. plus ive gained a cpl pounds back since then but i plan on busting ass again haha. if you want to see, i will post it

Yess post! Lol and thanks   I want to add some running in too but life's been so crazy I'm barely managing to squeeze in the half hour a day for the shred. Totally worth it though and it's free on youtube

I have lost about 60lbs total but this might be 40-50lb difference.

How long did it take to lose it?

From the time I really started trying at about 190 to when I hit my goal, probably about 5-6 months. I lost about 5lbs a month. My highest weight was at least 225 while I was pregnant. If you go by that, it took about a year. I didn't really start trying til my son was maybe 6 months old. I've slacked off lately but I plan on working on it again soon.

Soooo cool, really inspiring! 50lbs right now is my starting goal, and just thinking about that makes me sick. I keep putting off doing anything different, because Im so discouraged by the thought of it. Seeing your pics though has me hoping I can do that as well!

This is after I had my son 2.5 years ago. I'm actually doing Insaity now and my dd is 1 year.
