its a family name for me, and can work for his family as well.

Idelle is my GREAT GREAT gma's name. as well as my great grandmothers
also my grandma's middle name, and my moms middle name (dont care so much about that..)

Dale is his dads MN.

this kid may not have a MN. we have no clue.
we did decide on Claire a while ago, for him to decide he doesnt like it much

he did this with V as well.. couldnt decide on a MN. until i was filling out the birth cert... then he blurted out a name, and thats what i wrote. lol

I'd say go with Idelle because it's on both of your lists.

I like Emilia Claire best though.

I get that. I am incredibly indecisive! I'm that person at the table the always orders last and I only order then because I have too lol

But I think both Claire and Idelle sound pretty and he should just make up his mind! I know not that simple

Whatever you do, don't suggest a name unless you're happy with it! That's my advice lol. My first daughter didn't have a name for ages (we both wanted different things) I said Isla and that was that he wouldn't budge. I agreed because he woilnt consider anything else its not a terrible name but I don't like it   and now my kid has a name I don't actually like lol.

Not a fan of idelle. Looks like "Ideal" or "Idle"


But how often is he going to use her MN? You get the last say anyway.
