yoga (or prenatal yoga), cardio, prenatal aquatics. Basically anything that isn't to strenuous or causes you to lift more than 25 lbs. Idk about Taebo, I've never done it but you can ask your ob when you go back. That's what I did and she actually gave me some pamphlets to prenatal exercise classes in my area.
Taebo is pretty high impact so I wouldn't suggest it. You can do anything your body was used to before. My friend was told not to do Zumba but she still goes and just mirrors the moves they are doing and not getting so intensely into it.
