Our older son doesn't mind the baby at all, pats him on the head, rocks him to sleep in the pram, gives him kisses etc.. even grabs his hand and tries to make him use the ipad when he is playing colouring games/puzzles haha!!  

When he cries he waves his finger in the air and goes 'no, no, no' hahaha because when he cries he is usually being naughty and i tell him to stop it LOL!

When our new baby was first born DS was only 17m/o and didn't really grasp the whole concept, he was more interested in playing with blocks/trucks etc then the baby.

He still is more interested in his toys & entertains himself lots.

The only reason I do is because things happen and I dont want you to become a single mom to 4 kids without any help from him at all.
