What would it take for you...

To be unhappy and maybe even start thinking your marriage is not going to work out?

Him cheating
Lying too much
Not giving you the affection/attention you need
Abuse mentally/verbally and/or physically
Not being appreciated for too long

The list could go on, please share anything I didn't list if that's what would do it for you.

Falling out of love.
And I'm not sure at what point that would happen. My SO is a dummy and I still love him. lol

See that would definitely do it. Does that mean you would stick with him through hell like some of what I listed if you were still in love?

Lack of respect and/or trust (i kind of view them as one in the same) as well as any type of abuse would end it for me. I would do absolutely EVERYTHING in my power to save my marriage before ever contemplating divorce, though.

But honestly I'm 7 1/2 years into this relationship, 3 1/2 years into the marriage and we have never even considered breaking up and we've never had issues with trust or respect and I don't see that changing.

Physical abuse is my deal breaker! Anything else, IMO, could be worked out...

Yeah I would. Maybe minus the physical abuse, but also I'm not sure about that either. We have gotten physical once, and yeah.... hard to say.

I draw the line at abuse. I feel like anything else could be worked out...

I think the combination of these things (though physical abuse would singly do it) might eventually make it hard for me to keep going. Sure its something I would try and work through but for how long? It starts to get old when things keep repeating themselves.
