So I need to lose weight and hopefully get rid of my stretch marks. I am now 6 weeks pp and I don't know how to tighten up my tummy. I Also need to lose weight on legs,back,arms ect. The problem is I have Scoliosis, and my entire spine is fused. What are some work outs I can do? Also how to help my stretch marks?
I weigh 165 pounds and am 5'4
