i may have gave my doctor the wrong conception date

i know im 34 weeks right now cause she is 4 lbs and 13 ozs. i had my last doctor visit a couple of days ago. that is how big she is. they have me at 32 weeks over there right now. i checked all of the the websites saying she should be this bigat this week. has anyone done this before ?

Some babies are bigger/smaller than others. Tthe dr usually gets your official due date from your ultrasound

Size varies a bit at the end. Not all babies are born exactly average. Some are bigger .. some are smaller. Just like normal people. Your due date can be something completely different from how they're measuring.

Think of the measurements as size percentages instead. Baby has a head that's measuring bigger, and would be the 75% for size/gestational age. So for that to be average size .. the baby's head would have to be 2 weeks older than estimated.

Example of a typical U/S: 32 weeks gestaion.
Legs = 32w5d
Arms = 33w4d
Abdomen = 34w1d
Head 32w5d

After that they average everything together and baby would be estimated to be measuring approx 33 weeks. Due date wouldn't change.
