Harlan or harland for a boy?

I, personally, am not a fan.

it's an ok name...I personally know a Harlan...he's in his 50's.

This is a guilty pleasure name for me. I'd never use it, but it's similar to Harland...

It's Garland. I don't know why I like it, I just really do...  

My DH's best friend named his son Harland. It fits him so well.

We call him "The Colonel" as a nickname though because that was the first name of Colonel Sanders of KFC, lol.
