Daily Fitness Challenge 1/18

Sorry I missed you guys yesterday. I have been super busy and finally got to hang out with my best friend for the first time in months.

Cardio today.

100 jumping jacks
100 high knees



Then for some legs, let's do walking lunges. You can do these with or without weights. Let's do 50.

Try doing them after a break.   That's what I did  

I wish i was in shape enough to do this.

I want in on this! But I went on a stupidly long walk today so I'm really achey, and it's 8pm here   I might go do this though, hmmm..

I did 50 jumping jacks really slow. lol I did the high knees and the lunges.


I'll do the other 50 later. My thighs are on fire.

Lunges are my weakness, but I did 'em!
