Turkey tenderloin

What is it? How do you cook it? What do you serve with it? It's on sale this week and I've never seen one before. TIA

Kinda like pork tenderloin but turkey   Have you ever had the turkey medallions at Market Place...MMmmmm!

I bake it and serve it with a veggie and some potatoes, maybe mac n cheese.

Bake it at 350 degrees, before baking I rub them with olive oil and put salt, pepper, and my favorite seasonings (just as you would any other poultry).
