I'm kinda sad that...

most of the people close to me are going to be busy on one of the very few days of the year I'd really like the comfort of knowing someone's right there if I need them. I mean, there's no guarantee I'll reach out. I may just sit quietly inside myself. But "if"...

It'll be two years since Seth passed on the 2nd of February. My brother's going to an honors program interview, then he's trying to go to watch a robotics tournament after that. My mom'll be out and about all day. My only good friend that's local is busy on Saturdays.

I'm not upset with them over it or anything. I don't expect anyone to make accommodations for me. Just thinking about it kinda made me sad.

Idk any updates on you and your husband but maybe this could be a good time for some bonding between you two of you're still "together"?

I am so sorry. I was looking at your profile reading about your little boy with tears in my eyes. I will be thinking about you Feb 2 and saying a prayer for your family. I just noticed that we live a town apart.

Usually he's kind of reserved about it. He doesn't like to talk much or keep things or acknowledge memorial dates when it comes to this. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing; everyone's different. I could always bring it up though.

That's ok. Maybe you guys need this to come closer together. A lot of marriages fall apart over stuff like this.
