boneless pork roast recipe?

i need an easy recipe that makes a delicious pork loin roast. i don't have apple juice or brown sugar which is what most of the recipes im finding are asking for. i just want a simple recipe, in the crock pot or baked idc

I just put my normal seasonings on it, put it in the crock pot with carrots, potatoes and onion.
