date night help

posted 18th Jan
So next Saturday will be 8 years that dh and I have been together and I want to do something fun and different. We normally just go to see a movie, dinner or normal things like that. Dh doesn't like any girly things so nothing like pottery making or anything like that. Any suggestions?

Our anniversary isn't until June but I don't want to do the usual dinner and movie thing. We are going to the race track to have some good ol fun. We both love to drive fast so it's right up our alley. I also plan on taking him to Dave and busters then to an authentic German restaurant in Atlanta. This is over the weekend mind you, not one night. My mom will be here to watch the kiddos.

Too cold for rollercoasters   although i need to go to cedar point again! But wayy too cold. Dave and Busters is a really good idea...ive never been but i have a couple friends who have been and liked it. I think we may do that. Ill suggest it to DH and see what he says. He did mention bowling also but i dunno i just get bored of it after like one game.

Do you have a place that does cosmic bowling? The atmosphere is more fun than regular bowling.

I think so yes. But im not sure if they do it that night. I can check into it. Im thinking of going to Frankenmuth to the hotel there. They have an indoor waterpark there, and i can pay for just the day. Doing that kidless would be fun!

Tickets to something you both will enjoy? Theme Park? Something spontaneous like camping at the beach? Dinner at the beach? Getting matching tattoos (if you're into that stuff).
