Pain & More tmi*

Ok where to start, today is day three of my period. I usually have no cramps but this time I do.

Well I take midol and I'm fine. Last night and today still I'm having horrible pain in my left side towards my ovaries.

Also tmi. But my bowl has changed from what I would say normal to dark dark brown.

I have takrn two doses midol. Bloating relief and tylenol. I don't know wtf is going on. Any ideas?
