  that is not emotionally healthy for a kid growing up to be put on a diet so young. Especially one where you're being told what you can and can't eat so trickily.
I've done atkins, low carb is really difficult.

It made me really sick. I didnt get.better.until HS when I became a vegetarian. Now I only eat poultry, seafood or fish

I made this post because I hadn't eaten much all day.. and I was considering having a binge and going to get something naughty.

But instead.. I decided to eat what was in the freezer and at about 600-800 calories less I am feeling a lot better.

It's terrible that we've all had such bad experiences with weight gain and food, but it's nice to have people to relate too.

I know this sounds bad but sometimes I waste food just to prove to mtself i can. And I want LO to be comfortable witj food so if he wont eat aomething, I dont make him

Not really but when I was a vegan and on a super strjct diet (1000/day) I lost about 40 lbs. I may do that again.

usually if you go to the store you can find good clearance stuff

One thing I really won't miss is the deep marks I get on my hips and under my arms from Jeans and bras that are too tight. I refuse to buy the next size up so that I don't just get comfortable and keep getting bigger.

I always push it too the limit with sizes too.
I've gone from a 14 too a 20 but it took me ages to admit it too myself.
