My SO says stuff like "Uh he's fat or she's fat" when he's mad and referring to someone...

UM HELLO person sitting next to you weighing like double what they do!

I can totally relate to ALL of these things.
It's even such a sex killer!! Like there's so many things I'd love to do with SO in the bedroom, but I'm just so insecure about my weight. I don't even let him see me naked.

  I can relate to some of those.
I feel ashamed of seeing anyone who saw me when I was smaller vs now...

Its like I know they don't mean it to be an insult for us when they make comments like that, but it still hurts.

My grandmother is horrid about making fat comments to other (she had the gastric bypass back in '99) and there was one women at applebees who was about my size and she ordered a burger and my grandma scoffed and said "a salad would suit her better". Like really? Who are you to comment on somebody else? Especially when your own granddaughter is her size and eating a (veggie)burger as well.

And from someone who was overweight as well.. It just doesn't make sense.

My dad was a bit bad but now he's nicer about it since he's put on a few kilos.
He said he'd give me 50 bucks for every kilo.. that's more than 2grand if I get to my goal weight.

Being fat isn't always about being a gluton.. or loving food.
For me it's about CONTROL. My life is so stressful and when things are out of control.. I binge and control what I eat not because I enjoy it.. But because at least something is predictable!

Is it sad/shallow of me that the biggest reason I want to lose weight is because I don't want to be called a dependopotamus (a military spouse who is obese)?  

I thought people grew out of that crap, but no. Now I have to hope I dress nice enough and wear flattering clothing so I don't wind up on some military facebook page made solely for making fun of fat spouses.

I eat when im bored and i also sleepwalk eat (??) Its weird ill get up half asleep & get snacks from the fridge. Sometimes ill remember when i wake up & sometimes i wont. Ive woken up in bed holding a half sandwich or some melted chocolate

I avoid people from hs like the plague. I don't wanna be that girl that got fat.  

My parents used to portion control me too. That's why binge eating has become so appealing because I can control how much I intake. Some days I don't eat all day because I simply can't fathom the idea of getting fatter and then I have really bad days where I can't stop eating.

It makes me feel good knowing there is one thing in life I can control.

I had a full blown meltdown one night throwin food and screaming and crying when I started my diet before i got preg. My SO diced instead of Julienned the peppers for our fajitas. I was distraught. I hate diced peppers in my fajita and I felt like if I wasn't satisfied with dinner I'd just binge all night trying to find pleasure. it was one of the worst nights of my life.

Wtf?!?! Why would they do that?   that's awful.
