Well that is usually you reading it wrong or after the time frame you are suppose to read it if it is a false positive. Or the test could be expired. It is less likely but it happens.
That's what I said.. When held up next to one that was a FOR SURE negative, the line is clearly visible.. But it's faint.. Not too faint that you have to squint.. but not as eye popping as the line in the control tests window.
On blue dye tests they are quite common. Also recently First response tests have been getting pink evaps, or the antibody strip on it becomes very visible and sometimes dries pink.
A TRUE false positive is pretty rare. Evap lines and such are more common, however. There are medications that can cause a pregnancy test to show a positive result, but I don't have a list of them at the moment.
Most false positives are either blue dye tests, evap lines, or a chemical pregnancy. (Positive test but start your "period" anyway.) do you have a pic?? I'd say if it is a pink dye test and looks like a legit positive and was within the time limit then your eggo is preggo.
