Just ended my 2nd week on WW

5.1 lbs lost this week! Down 7.7 total so far.

Things I've realized:
1. I wasn't eating nearly enough food.
2. I was drinking most of my calories.
3. Even a little exercise goes a hell of a long way.

I've started Zumba classes and walking. Next week I'm adding 30DS on Wednesday and Friday. The week after I start the Couch to 5K.

Great job! I'm jealous. I gained a pound lol but I was also having the same problem you were(drinking my calories)

It is so much fun. The instructor calls it "Exercise in Disguise".

I signed up for a class at the local community centre, once it's done, I think I'll have more confidence and more stamina to do it on my own at home.

I LOVE ZUMBA!!!!!

Cto5k was hard as hell! I was a runner for years and it was so hard I stopped after day 2

I was just checking out weight watchers last week and I was wondering if it worked. So the money is worth it? How did you find out your bad eating habits? Did you lose that weight on weight watchers alone or you started the exercise as you started the program?

I signed up online for 3 month. Until the end of the month, you don't have to pay the sign up fee.

I definitely realized my poor eating habits through the program. As you have to write down everything you put into your mouth, including drinks, it's been incredibly eye opening.

The only exercise I'm doing is 1 hour of Zumba per week, and trying to walk 30-45 minutes a day (which is difficult in this weather lol).

Great job! I love WW for this reason, it's a GREAT first step. It really forces you to look at what you're eating and what you're actually spending your calories on. I think it's great for revamping your eating habits!!

I started with WW but have fallen off a few times and not stuck to it perfectly. Even so, I'm still down quite a lot, so it really does work, especially as a first step!

That's what my goal was....change my lifestyle.

I was trying and trying to lose weight, nothing was working. I was eating healthy - not as healthy as I thought, I was eating less and I was drinking smoothies instead of eating meals or drinking a lot of pure juice....
