too much foremilk

so im part time breastfeeding. both boob and pumping. i've noticed my nipples have started to spray out like a fire hose when he starts feeding. i've had to take it away and put a receiving blanket over it until it calms down lol. i also noticed the milk is watery and no longer has a yellowish color (foremilk?). the past 4 times he has pooped its been green, stinky and hard to wipe off of him. the little guy has stinky farts like a grown ass man too   what should i do? i really don't want to give up on breastfeeding.

Sounds like a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance

Feed on the same side twice

I would spray like that too, I coated the dash of my mom's car when my oldest pulled off right after my letdown reflex, it took me a moment to notice, so funny, lol.
What I would do to help combat too much foremilk was to do longer feedings on each side, I made so much milk that one boob was enough to fill him up in a feeding. It can be a hard thing to do if your badly engorged though.

We block feed.. I started this when my oldest was about two months with terrible colic/gas. I nurse off one side per 3 hour period.

if i feed a few times in a row off of one side, could i try and pump the other one so it doesn't get engorged? still trying to figure out why his poo is green too. not sure if i should call the doctor or wait till his next appointment on the 28th.

the color changes depending on what you eat

ya, i know my DD's poop will change if i eat something that i dont normally eat
