It all depends on whether or not you've been eating, and or have morning sickness... There are a lot of women that lost weight in the first trimester due to morning sickness. Make sure to stay hydrated and take your prenatals.

I'm about 6 weeks. I'm at a good weight for my height and build.
And just started putting a little back on after losing 8kg in just over a week.
Dr really wasnt worried :/ told me to eat a lot of dairy to slow it down since I was worried.
