You can buy a netti pot or other nasal flushing system. I bought one for $13 at CVS. It might help relieve some of the pain.

Just an update from last night. Got spicy chinese food and all it did was make my mouth and eyes water. Had DH massage my head and where the sinuses are for nearly an hour before bed then sat in the bathroom for half an hour or so with the water on all the way with hot. Woke up about 4am with a fever of 100.6. Went back to sleep and woke up at 8, still had a fever of 100 but my sinuses don't hurt anymore and I had a sore throat when I woke up but I think that is from all the drainage since it is gone now. Have a mild headache still but hopefully that goes away.
