Wtf just happened???

I was sat watching OH cook when all of a sudden i felt weird and dizzy my ears were like when u go on a plane and they wont pop....i was suddenly really sweaty and couldn't breathe properly or see properly i had to open the outside door to get some air and drink some water it was really strange

My one ear has been doing the popping thing too just recently, It refuses to pop back and i have no idea why.

Sounds like you almost passed out. That is what would happen to me before fainting. Maybe drink more water? That would help me in pregnancy I dehydrated easily.

thats happened to me many times, to me its a panic attack u just gotta let it run its course and your fine after. not much you can do for it but i would probably talk to your dr about it sometimes it can cause me to pass out which is really scary

i wasn't worrying about anything it was just strange i probably would of been flat out on the floor if OH hadn't chucked juice down my throat

you dont have to be worrying to have a panic attack, i get them all the time randomly and ill just be sitting there doing nothing and boom panic attack

yeah that sounds like you were about to pass out.
i have fainted many times pregnant and those are the symptoms i would always get before i would..
your blood pressure was probably just low.

sounds like blood pressure or suger levels if tell ur midwife about it if it happenns again ring straight away
