So who else is on a weight loss journey right now? I need people to talk to, to keep me motivated!
I started Jan 2nd, walking on the treadmill every day.
Tomorrow is my last day of Level 1 of the 30 day shred.
I'm debating if I want to buy Just Dance for the Wii, for a different type of cardio.. Or Zumba or something!
I was counting calories (keeping them under 1400) but I'm slowly becoming more relaxed with that. I felt like I was starving myself. If I think I'm hungry, I drink a big glass of water, then judge from there. I also avoid the kitchen during the day unless I KNOW I'm hungry (or my daughter asks for something) since I like to eat when I'm bored. Hah.
I'm 5'7", I was 161 lb on Jan 2nd, and today I weigh 155.4.
I was when i was ttc. Now i will be returning to my work out after the baby is here. I use nowloss.com they provide every answer to every question you have. And they supply free work out dvds. I love it and can't wait to get back on this diet. Oh, and it works.
