I just cant get up off the couch, I work etc so its not like I stay home all day but I just cant bring myself to work out. I dont want to lose a major amount of weight but I just want to tone up and feel healthy. I came across this picture on tumblr the other night and fell in love with this womans figure!! How do you get your waist so tiny; and everything else so plump? If I work out I lose my entire shape. GIRL PROBLEMS!
