Quoting Jude ♥ JGL:" Same as a q-tip. Have you got a thermometer? "
Yes. I bought a first aid kit that came with a thermometer. I was considering buying another one, the one that goes across the forehead. However I am not sure how relivable they are.

I have stopped buying. I just don't know what to do with the extra money because I am not use to having it. And the idea of buying myself something doesn't set well with me. I have pretty much the stuff I want. I can only think of one they I would like to have and that would be a Cedar Chest. I have always wanted one but have never broken down and actually bought myself one.

You should invest in some nice, comfy nursing bras and tops

Don't waste your money. They're not very accurate.

I pretty much live in sports bras because i can't find any nursing bras that fit me. I also live in tank tops, those were the 2 best things i bought before my DD was born.

I did shocking find some good nursing bras. I was shocked because of my cup size I didn't think they made that big. And actually I weight more before I got pregnant than I do now, so all my clothes still fit me comfortably. I don't feel the need to by new clothes.

Thanks for the advice. I wasn't sure about them and hadn't really checked into them yet.

Quoting JessieLeeAnne:" College Fund?"
She can use the money we are saving for her as her college fund, however I am not going to force her into college. Plus I hope she will turn out like me and get a scholarships to help cover the bulk of her education. Education is very, very important to me. And I plan on working with her from the get go.

No one forced me into college, and I love it. I would spend the rest of my life there if I could. I believe in letting the child make their own choices about college. If she wants to pull it off then I am okay with that. My mother entered college at the age of 48 and she loved it.
