Quoting Kimber's Mommy:" hmm... DD isn't afraid of anything. she's not afraid of vacuuming (she actually likes the vacuum and ... [snip!] ... she's awake) and she's not at all afraid of strangers. she's very social and meets almost everyone with a big smile and giggle."

yeah my close friends keep saying they never seen a baby like mine n give me grief... like i should put her in daycare n so on.... i refuse she will only be a baby once n in canada we get 52 weeks of maternity leave so why not enjoy this time with her   if i may add she is ver happy n smiles n laughs all the time except when taken out of her comfort zone

Quoting Ms.Eagles:" DS is also a chicken smurf. The sound of laughter terrifies him   One time, when he was about 4 months ... [snip!] ... crying...silly baby. He's 7 months old now, and isn't AS scared of everything, other than if someone laughs while holding him."

My DD is the same &she is 6mths too. She was like this since birth. It took me a little bit to figure out why she was crying, but I have it figured out now. She doesnt like ppl she doesnt know. It takes her 15-20mins to feel comfortable at a new place, if it is noisy you can forget it. She will scream and cry. I do not go anywhere that is loud and dont go anywhere after 5 because it is worse then too. Ppl tell me she has to get "used" to it. She is just a little baby. I wont force her no matter what. And she hates when ppl get in her face. She is very happy baby and loves to go to the stores .she laughs and smiles and ppl think that is an invite to get in her face. She lets them know, she will scream and cry. I am sure they will think twice again before getting in a baby's face, cuz my DD lets it be known she doesnt like it. You arent alone. My cousin has a baby and her baby can be passed around from person to person with no cries. DD could never do that. Sh has gotten better, but it takes her a little bit to feel comfortable.
