That's how I felt when I had implantation bleeding when I first got pregnant. I had period cramps on and off for a while

At 9 dpo just two little spots on the tissue when I wiped.

You're 7 dpo, right? Could definitely be implantation bleeding!   I didn't have it, though. Good luck!

I had brown mucus at 12DPO. I got my BFP at 8DPO.

When I was last pregnant which was with my first and only baby. I'm not really sure when I ovulated but I had implantation bleeding/spotting on the 7,8,9th of August...I got my BFP on the 26th of August which where I was a week late from AF. Idk if that gives you an idea.
