how do you make snow cream?

It finally snowed here & I wanna make it. What's your recipe?

Im watching too. I live in Vermont where we have snow for like 4 months out of the year and I have never heard of this!

8 cups snow
1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

pour condensed milk over snow, add vanilla extract, mix
Serve immediately in bowls

I always use regular milk. *shrug
You also aren't supposed to use the first snow of the season. You're supposed to wait untill the second.

This is basically the recipe I use. I don't dump all the sugar in thoug because I like to test the sweetness.
