Anemic

So QUITE a while back I had blood drawn to see if I had anything wrong with my thyroid. That was done at my ob office. Well I went to my primary doctor today because I haven't been having my periods and he mentioned to me that last time I had blood drawn it showed that my iron was super low. They never even mentioned it to me lol. I figured it was a little low though because I have always been like this. Well I ask him if I can just take my womens multi vitamins that I have at home or go get actual iron pills and he said to take both because of how low it is. Great lol. I'm so glad that they failed to mention this to me a long time ago when I had the blood work done. How annoying..oh well at least I know now! Anyone else anemic?

only when im pregnant, i take ferrous sulphate/fumarate 3x a day

Yep, I am. I'm supposed to take iron daily, but I don't.   I usually just take it if I feel bad.

Apparently I am, it just showed when I had my glucose test. I'm supposed to take iron pills once daily, but i'm bad at remembering.

I feel extremely tired every day lol. I need to start taking them..I just suck at remembering!

no and sometimes i should.. i just eat more stuff with iron and it helps
