re: labor

I was in labor for 51 hours, pushed for three hours..he still wouldn't come out so I had to have a c-section   I was induced 3 weeks early because of pre-e.

lol yeah true, might b shorter this time... good luck!! I got induced the day b4 i had her at 4pm then my water broke at 2am n i dilated 3cm then out of no where labor started kicking in and thats when i had her out of me smoothly with 4 pushes at 6:29am.

damn, what was a c-section like? I was nervous that i was gonna get 1 just cuz i was 39 weeks & never dilated or anything & cuz she was my first. 51 hours is a long time!!

I had my first after only 1 hr 46 minutes of labor... 3 pushes.

I had my second after only 36 minutes of labor... 3 pushes!!

I am not having any more lol

it was awful, the healing was anyways, plus i was extremely swollen because of all the fluids they gave me. I was actually in and out of sleep during the c-section.don't get one unless you have to!! they offered to vacuum suction him out but i was scared of that plus i was exhausted so i wanted it done with..now i wish i had at least tried to suction him out.

I have a feeling it will be longer. But both happened the exact same so I'm thinking maybe this one will be the same too. I kinda want something different though lol
