What was your first postpartum meal?

I made DH go get me a double quarter pounder, large fry, and sweet tea from mcdonalds like an hour after I delivered. it was disgusting, and amazing. I plan on doing the same thing after this one is born!

Everything off the menu from Arbys. lol Not really but pretty close.

umm...jello and chicken broth I think? lol c-section.

Popeyes some chicken strips, mashed potatoes, fries, and strawberry fanta. I was so hungry and it was so good.

I had the loaded potato soup from Chili's after I had my daughter. I was still in the delivery room when I scarfed that down HAHA!

I was starrrrrving, and that was all that sounded good.

I drove through del taco. I don't recall what I had anymore, lol. It was the closest thing so we drove through.

With my first, a double cheeseburger from Wendy's, large fry, large Dr. Pepper. With my second, a footlong spicy italian from subway and a Dr. Pepper, I only ate half though.

poo! yes you must get something junky and awful!! It's kind of like the last excuse to do so hahaha

It was really good....I was starving! I think the first actual meal I got to eat was breakfast, toast with jelly and sausage and bacon maybe? I don't remember but I remember that it was also delicous cause I was still starving!!

I totally understand that part. They could have put fried squirrel in front of me and it would have been the most amazing delicacy on earth lol

Our hospital we go to provides you with a menu and a free meal of your choice for both me and DH. I had the Steak and a ceaser salad with chocolate cheese cake afterwards, and I think DH had the chicken cordon blu (sp?). It was sooo good!! I'm pretty sure I will be eating the same this time around too.
