After not eating for almost 50 hrs I was HUNGRY! lol It wasn't because they wouldn't let me eat I just couldn't stand the smell of anything. lol

A lame turkey sandwich and an apple, but it was the moat amazing lame turkey sandwich and apple I'd ever eaten. I was starving so I didn't care lol.

bahaha same here! The hospital I deliver out doesn't serve real meat.... I tried the dinner one night, and ended up getting pizza delivered to our room haha!

right?! hahaha oh man that's awesome for her though that her hospital does that! The food really wasn't that bad... but I eat a mostly organic diet so eating their processed food was more of a mental thing for me.

LOL! The hospital I go to is the only one I know that does it. Honestly that is half the reason I deliver there   It was amazing too... They only do it the first night your there, and it is just one meal. After that you get the normal nasty ass hospital food again. I just think it is awesome they provide DH with a meal too.

That is so awesome! Kudos to them.

Some type of enchilada from the hospital. I delivered at an Army hospital. It was decent but probably only because I hadn't had food in so long.

LOL I made SO go and get me mcds too.  

The FIRST thing i ate was like this lunchable type thing with a sandwich, pretzels, and cookies that they brought in right after i delivered .. i was starving!
Then my dad brought me Penn Station lol

The hospital nurse gave me a sandwich like an hour after I delivered because I was starving and did not eat anything since breakfast. The cafeteria was closed so that was my only option

My hospital had a special section of just for PP women. It. was. SO. smurfing. GOOD. I was sad to leave lol, no more catered meals. I think the first meal was a burger? But it was the best damn burger of my life, I swear.

A big crunch with spicy mayo, bacon and cheese, pouting, and popcorn chicken with a crap load of honey mustard. Will be the same this time around.
