my best friend is like 33 weeks pregnant. she and her BD are splitting up, he has threatened her with going to the police and pressing charges on her for kidnapping...she is scared and im pretty sure its bullsmurf...what is ur advice?

Kidnapping what? He's a smurfing idiot. Is she supposed to tear the baby from her womb so he can have it? How the Hell is she supposed to NOT take the baby with her?!

Kidnapping? On a baby that isn't even BORN yet? That guy is full of it. You can't file kidnapping charges on a baby that most states won't even consider technically alive yet.
