I don't know how much I'll do, either. I'll do whatever I can but I'm so out of shape I don't want to push myself past my limits.

Let's be healthy this year. We ate WAY too much crap last year.   And SOME of us coughMaecough got REALLY fat at the end of November.  

I'm going to join. Kassie (devil's advocate) is my motivation. She's always working out and I've gotten smurfing lazy   I need to eat better too, I've been slipping.

I tried to do push ups the other day, and I could only do two regular ones. I physically couldn't push myself up anymore, I wasn't just tired. It was pathetic.

hell no I can't do regular ones at all! I do beginner pushups.
