I mean, it's really just regulars in here, everyone knows each other.
BUT no one can really tell you not to use it for what it was intended for.

I'm down to 127 as of early this morning. Likely 130 right now, since I gain so much in a day and lose it over night. So 9 more pounds... The final stretch is the hardest but that's 23 lbs. pretty quick too although I work out twice a day during the week and usually at least once on Saturday and Sunday.
