I'm struggling, too. I got sick, got off track, got busy, and then I have just totally spaced it. We can do this together, get back on track.

You had a few bad days. It's hard to completely change and not sink into cravings. Have today be a good day, eat better, work out a little longer if you can.

It's easy to fall off the wagon and just throw it all away, but if you dropped your phone would you throw it against the wall and stomp it to pieces or brush it off and be more careful?

I know allllll too well what it's like to make a bad meal choice or have a bad day or even week and then just quit rather than try to undo it. But believe me in a week or two you're going to start getting motivated again and you'll wish you started from THIS point rather than two weeks of bad choices.

Its true though.

I need to stop making excuses and put 100% into it. This challenge Im going to start with my niece will be perfect motivation. If I win shes baby sitting for a weekend, and if she wins Im getting her concert tickets. If she puts in the effort and really tries Ill probably end up getting her the tickets anyways.

I think I'm going to make a motivational thread to post motivational pictures and quotes. Because motivation and will power is like a muscle you have to exercise it to make it strong.

Shes 17 and is over weight. Shes been to the doctor and they made sure she didnt have any underlying issues. My SIL was telling me last night that she just doesnt do enough. The doctor said she should be walking/running on the treadmill at least 40 minutes a day. She wants to do like 20. I get it. It sucks. It hurts. My legs are going to fall off. But after a few days it goes away and you start feeling better. I need to figure out the best time for me to do it. I could get up early and work out before the kids get up, but Ryan is usually up. Ill send him to the bedroom though. Or do the eliptical that is in the bed room.

Ah man, see I go to the gym because if I'm AT the gym and I have say... 40 minutes, I will make every single minute count. So that works for me, but obviously if you have young kids at home it's not an option.

Although there are a few gyms that offer child minding.

Yeah problem is though, we cant afford a membership right now. Hopefully in a few months we are able to.

I wish I lived closer to my niece. We would be able to work out together and really encourage each other more.

You can download workouts for free though! Burn them on a disc and do them with your kids, not WITH exactly, but Brooke likes to watch and I'll chat with her and such.

If I work out and the kids see they will start working out with me. I have the 30 day shred burned. I want to do Tae Bo too. That smurf kicked my ass when I used to do it.I loved it

I've lose a few pounds since the pics on the right. Pics on the left are from a couple weeks ago. I still have 18lbs to go but I'm getting there, hopefully by summer.
